Biography
Creig Andreasen is a Minneapolis-based attorney working in real estate and banking law. With a career that began in residential real estate, Creig has developed a deep understanding of guiding clients through complex processes, from purchasing property to securing financial transactions. His practice focuses on assisting landowners in acquiring, leasing, selling, or financing real property and advising financial institutions on due diligence, loan documentation, and managing troubled loans.
A Certified Real Property Specialist recognized by the Minnesota State Bar Association, Creig holds a distinction that highlights his extensive knowledge and experience in real estate law. He has also been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyer list and was included on the Rising Star list in 2014. These accolades underscore his reputation and credibility within the legal community.
With experience spanning both large law firms and corporate environments, including his work in Target Corporation’s real estate department, Creig has developed a broad and versatile legal skill set. This background has equipped him with a versatile skill set, allowing him to handle transactions across various jurisdictions and adapt to the evolving real estate landscape. He is passionate about solving complex problems with practical solutions.
Creig works with lenders and developers in biogas, solar and other renewable energy projects to help them secure financing based on sound banking practices collateralized by real estate and income streams arising out of a constantly changing environment.
