Dr. Denise E. Greaves is an experienced attorney, educator, academic leader, and business professional with extensive experience in law, higher education, human resources, organizational leadership, and strategic management. She holds multiple graduate and professional degrees, including a J.D., Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, and Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation, along with advanced degrees in human resource management and business analytics. Her professional experience spans the United States and the Caribbean, and includes leadership roles in law firms and higher education. Dr. Greaves currently serves as a legal practitioner, academic leadership. She also mentors and supports doctoral researchers throughout the dissertation process. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes practical application, critical thinking, student engagement, and connecting academic theory with contemporary organizational challenges.
