Ed Kaiser is an award-winning real estate professional with over ten years of multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplined legal practice. His expertise spans multiple practice areas, including real estate, business law, estates and trusts, litigation and dispute resolution. In 2022, Ed received the Emerging Leaders Award from RealTrends Magazine at the Gathering of Eagles Executive Conference in Colorado Springs. Ed graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a degree in English in 2007, and he graduated magna cum laude and earned his juris doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul in 2010. Ed has practiced primarily as in-house counsel for various mid-sized Midwestern companies, with licenses to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including his current role as general counsel for the second largest and highest producing RE/MAX franchise in the United States. As a legal advisor and teacher, Ed prioritizes open communication and a personalized approach. Ed’s students will appreciate his easy-going demeanor, creative sense of humor and ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
