Assistant Professor of Law
Assistant Professor of Law Eleanor Frisch (they/she) entered teaching after more than a decade of litigation experience. Frisch most recently served as of counsel at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, where she practiced in the federal district and appellate courts representing plaintiffs in employee benefit class actions. She also has represented plaintiffs in significant civil rights, consumer protection, and employment cases at both the appellate and district court level. Frisch serves on the board of the Minnesota Disability Bar Association, which was only the second state-level disability bar association in the country. She frequently speaks and writes about issues related to disabilities and the law. Their scholarship, teaching, and speaking focuses on employment discrimination, legal writing, and accessibility in the legal profession.
