Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
Erin Zamoff teaches the 2nd Amendment Appellate Simulation class. She has more than two decades of experience in law, firearms policy, litigation, and advocacy.
Upon graduation from the University of Virginia School of Law, Zamoff practiced litigation and employment law at Paul Hastings and Morgan Lewis. She subsequently dedicated her career to gun violence prevention, developing deep expertise in 2nd Amendment law and policy as Minnesota chapter leader for Moms Demand Action, where she coordinated and implemented legislative strategy on firearms policy.
Zamoff currently serves as a board member of Protect Minnesota and Communications and grant coordinator at the University of Minnesota Law School’s Gun Violence Prevention Clinic, supporting litigation-based efforts to reduce gun violence.
Zamoff received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar.
