Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
Heidi Areaux serves as an adjunct professor in the blended-learning program, most recently teaching Evidence. She brings to her teaching over 20 years of experience spanning public service, legal advocacy, education, nonprofit leadership, and campaign management. Her career includes teaching law, managing political campaigns, litigating high-stakes cases, advocating for marginalized communities, and developing immersive educational and cultural programs.
Heidi earned her juris doctor cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While there, she was print editor of the Loyola Law Review and received the award for Top Oralist with honors on the Loyola Moot Court Staff.
Heidi has a master’s degree in French language and literature from the University of Notre Dame. She graduated magna cum laude with a major in communications and theatre, a second major in French language and literature, and a minor in international peace studies from the University of Notre Dame.
