Jeffry A. Collins is an attorney, author, and entrepreneur based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founder of Collins Law, he practices cryptocurrency regulation, securities law, trusts and estates, taxation, business law, and asset protection, emphasizing digital asset planning and blockchain technologies.
He earned his J.D. and Law and Business certificate from Mitchell Hamline in 2021 and received the 2024 Outstanding Alumni Award. He completed an LL.M. from Texas A&M in Wealth Management and Risk Management, holds an MLIS from Louisiana State University, and a bachelor’s in criminal justice from UNLV. He is also a former provisional deputy sheriff with Ventura County.
Collins teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates II and Electronic Legal Research at Purdue, and adjuncts at Mitchell Hamline in criminal law, business organizations, Prep Week, and Capstone simulations. His published works appear in Nevada Lawyer, Vegas Legal Magazine, and University of Miami Law Review.
