Nancy Norman Sommer is an assistant county attorney in Anoka. Sommer worked in county attorney offices throughout her career. Sommer spent over 20 years as a criminal prosecutor, handling misdemeanors through complex multi defendant murder trials. She currently works in the civil division representing the human services division, Medical Examiner’s Office and various projects for county administration. She handles civil litigation and fair hearings before Human Services, OAH and in district court.
