Shirley Boyd from Cargill in 2018. She was vice president and associate general counsel, group lead lawyer for Cargill’s global edible oil solutions business group, group lead lawyer for Cargill’s global bioindustrial group, and lead lawyer for Cargill’s global business operations and supply chain, leader of Cargill’s global food law team, member of Cargill Law’s global leadership team and executive sponsor for Cargill’s pride network. During her years with Cargill, Shirley helped develop Cargill’s global M&A/JV Law Team and Cargill’s M&A/JV processes (with focus on JV’s), Cargill’s global food law team, Cargill’s global tax and customs group and Cargill Law’s global intellectual property group. Shirley also worked with most of the Cargill ag and food businesses including Cargill’s animal nutrition, seed, cocoa/chocolate, health and nutrition, flour (now Ardent Mills), fertilizer (now The Mosaic Company), grain, soybean processing, and peanut processing businesses.
