Tony Stauber is a partner at Gustafson Gluek where he practices antitrust law. He represents consumers and small businesses in class action lawsuits against some of the largest entities in the world, including in cases against commercial beef and chicken processors, manufacturers of construction materials, and in wage-fixing cases against institutions such as the NCAA. In addition to antitrust law, Stauber has worked on pro bono cases alleging constitutional and civil rights violations by state and local governments. Stauber is an active member of the Minnesota and Federal Bar Associations, and has been heavily involved in other legal organizations such as the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL). Stauber has also represented and authored numerous amicus curiae briefs in high-stakes antitrust cases and contributed to chapters in the American Bar Association’s Rule of Reason Handbook (2026) and the Antitrust Law Developments (10th Edition, forthcoming).
