Creig Andreasen represents real estate owners in a transactional and litigation context including the acquisition, development and disposition of real property drafting letters of intent, reviewing due diligence, clearing title issues, negotiating leasing and financing terms and preparing closing documents. He also represents banking clients in transactions by preparing and negotiating loan documents, conducting closings, documenting loan workouts, arranging receiverships, foreclosing mortgages and collecting deficiencies. Prior to joining Bernick Lifson, Mr. Andreasen worked at a large firm in Minneapolis, managed Target Corporation’s existing store real estate rights in the southeast part of the United States, and practiced law in St. Cloud, Minnesota at Rinke-Noonan law firm.
Andreasen is an adjunct professor in the Legal Practicum.
