Dawn R. Bakst is a senior prosecutor in the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. She currently serves as the designated prosecutor on the Sex Trafficking and Assault Response Team, a multi-agency initiative aimed at improving prevention and responses to sexual violence victims. Ms. Bakst has expertise in cases involving serious violent crime and crimes involving gangs and firearms, with a background that also includes domestic assault cases and appeals. She previously worked as a law clerk and attorney In the Human Services Division.
