Don Scott Herron is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law blended-learning program. He has an M.B.A from Western Governor’s University, B.A. from Governor’s State University, and A.A.S. from Purdue University School of Engineering and Technology.
Herron entered law school with business, information technology (“IT”), and teaching experience. His background includes a leadership position as senior global program manager at Oracle. In this role he earned recognition as a top three-percent performer. Herron worked for Cincinnati Bell Information Systems in various IT positions ranging from individual contributor up to senior manager of professional services. Technical consulting and support engagements include assignments with AT&T, Bell Labs, British Telecom, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, MIT, and the Library of Congress.
Herron now practices wills, trusts, business, and technology law at his firm, Summit Legal Solutions. He also works on developing software for the legal profession.
