Emily Weichsel grew up in Duluth and obtained her bachelor’s degree there at the College of St. Scholastica. Emily earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2018. She clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for Judge Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks and Judge James B. Florey. Emily currently practices elder law at Sauber Legal Services. Emily has served as a structured study group leader, a Marshall-Brennan fellow, and an adjunct professor for critical lawyering, constitutional law: powers, and estates and trusts.
