Jennifer Abrahamzon works at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration specializing in food safety law. She works on food policy and enforcement issues with a particular emphasis on animal food safety and the Food Safety Modernization Act. Jennifer worked at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, supervising their compliance unit and enforcing food, feed, dairy, and meat regulatory requirements. Jennifer co-teaches Food Safety and the Law as part of the Health Law Institute at Mitchell Hamline.
