Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
John Mulé is the director of legal and policy services at the Minnesota State Board of Investment. He provides in-house legal services to board staff responsible for over $130 billion of assets under management. Mulé was as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General where he represented the Department of Revenue and other state agencies in litigation and administrative proceedings.
Mulé graduated magna cum laude from the Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) in 2011, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Hamline Law Review. Mulé received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012.
