Lynn Moran Meyer is the Litigation Supervisor for Appeals and Legal Services Division of the Minnesota Department of Revenue. Before joining the DOR, she was the Partner in Charge of the Saint Paul office of Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons where her practice was devoted to litigation. There she specialized in Mass Tort and Product Liability and served for many years as the National Discovery Counsel for a major corporation involved in mass tort litigation.
She has a master’s degree in music, bassoon performance from the Juilliard School, a bachelor’s degree in music from Indiana University, and a law degree from William Mitchell.
Meyer teaches in the Advocacy Program, the Academic Excellence Program and the Hybrid Program.
