Director, Academic Excellence
Maggie Eilertson is the director of Academic Excellence at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Professor Eilertson assists with designing, building, overseeing, and teaching all of the programs and courses offered by Academic excellence, including: early bar prep programming, academic and bar tutoring programs, Legal Methods, Principles of Legal Analysis, Bar Exam Primer, Bar Preparation Strategies: MPT, and Bar Preparation Strategies: MBE/MEE.
Professor Eilertson taught Bar Prep Strategies and Legal Writing as an adjunct instructor at Mitchell Hamline. She also taught in paralegal studies, criminal justice studies, and other programs at several undergraduate universities.
Professor Eilertson also teaches a course in employment law that she designed for Mitchell Hamline.
In her free time, Professor Eilertson enjoys spending time with her two girls and two cats reading, watching movies, gardening, and taking on home improvement projects for which she is wildly underqualified.
