Senior Judge, State of Minnesota
Judge Marrinan was a Ramsey County District Judge for 34 years, and presently serves as a Senior Judge for the state of Minnesota. She is a graduate of the University of St. Catherine and received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota. She has been an adjunct at Mitchell Hamline for more than 30 years, teaching in the advocacy programs.
