Markus C. Yira is a trial lawyer specializing in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hamline University and William Mitchell College of Law. Mark is a MSBA Board Certified Civil Trial Senior Specialist, Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, part-time Conciliation Court Judge in Minnesota’s First Judicial District, member of the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure, and adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Mark is also a frequent lecturer at CLE seminars. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and several federal courts, and has tried cases throughout the United States.
