Morgan Miller graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2006. After working in healthcare and management, Morgan attended law school at Mitchell Hamline as a second-career student. Morgan clerked for the ACLU, the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office and Hennepin County Attorney’s Office and participated in the Innocence Project of Minnesota. Morgan began her career as a prosecutor with the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. She is currently assigned to the Adult Prosecution Division. Morgan previously worked in the Juvenile Prosecution and Community Prosecution divisions. She supervises law clerks in the office and serves as a mentor to law students. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and son.
