Presented by Scott Fischer, PhD, LP, ABPP, this seminar will teach family law attorneys to understand, make use of, and challenge testimony and reports from mental health professionals. Although there is some introductory material, the training is designed at an intermediate to advanced level. The aim is to provide practical information to help attorneys navigate the often confusing nature of mental health professionals’ participation in family court.
