Workout Wednesday! We are keeping it simple today.
If you’re studying or testing be sure to get up and grab water, stretch your legs, open the window for some fresh air. Whatever you’re doing, take a break to move your body whether that is yoga to help ground yourself and destress, or a high intensity workout to get your blood flowing.
