The need for an insurance solution is especially important this year because more students than normal seem unsure of quickly obtaining employer-provided insurance due to the uncertainty surrounding the bar exam and the legal job market.
The Law Student Division worked with ABA Insurance to come up with these resources:
- ABA Insurance created a new landing page on abainsurance.com specifically tailored to law student insurance needs.
- The page includes an FAQ of the most asked student health insurance questions and, probably most importantly, a phone number (1-855-967-0415) they can call to talk to an expert about their insurance needs.
- The Law Student Division and ABA Insurance presented a free webinar intended to help students navigate the complexities of health insurance coverage.
- The Law Student Division aggregated much of this information and published it, along with the webinar video, in a Before the Bar article.
