MJF Semester Fellowships are paid positions at public interest agencies, and this new program is for current 2Ls and 3Ls. There is still time to apply!
For Spring 2021, MJF will fund Semester Fellowships at the following three organizations:
- Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota
- Legal Rights Center
- SMRLS St. Paul: Legal Advocacy for Older People Division
For each of these Semester Fellowships, MJF will provide $1,500 in funding for 100 hours of work during the spring semester (between 1/1/22 and 5/31/22). The exact schedule during regular workday hours is flexible, and will be negotiated with supervising attorneys. The law students selected for these paid Fellowship positions also may apply for academic credit for this experience through their law school.
To apply for these paid fellowships, submit a resume and cover letter via Symplicity OR via email to anna@mnjustice.org! Please note, cover letters should be addressed to the host organization.
The application deadline is November 12th.
