Please join the ADR Society and the Minnesota Student Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section on March 14th, 2023, for Mediating at MDHR: How Can You Compromise About Discrimination? A panel of attorneys and mediators will discuss how they work to resolve legal disputes alleging discrimination on a variety of bases, and how they address their own biases through their work with parties, while maintaining the ethical standards of their mediation practices. Panelists include, David Trevor, Mediator and Adjunct Professor, Dawn Zugay, Mediator and owner of ReZolve Conflict LLC and Terri Krivosha, Partner at Maslon LLP and Elise Chambers ADR Director at the MN Department of Human Rights, who will moderate the event.
The event will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. on March 14, 2023, followed by a networking hour. Both remote and in-person options are available.
