We are highlighting an ongoing Wellness opportunity on campus that developed from the current 1L BAM Students’ Foundation course. The idea of this dance break began after a section of students joined the “Salsa for Stress Management” with Don DeBoer. You will have several opportunities to join Don in that session later this week! Everyone is welcome!
Below are the details for the typical Dance Break:
Come dance with us for 15 minutes every Tuesday at 1:35 p.m. in the Conservatory (#147) until the end of the semester. Move your body, let loose, and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of dancing. No prerequisites nor RSVP required!
Board Game Night
5:00-7:00 PM, Conservatory
In an age of hypoconnectivity, unplugging for a couple of hours and playing board games has proven mental benefits. It can help you make new connections, boost your brainpower and memory, and reduce stress. Join us for a few hours of fun; everyone is welcome!
