We are highlighting an ongoing Wellness opportunity that takes place via Zoom every Wednesday morning at 11:00 AM. This week, the facilitator has pre-recorded a Mindfulness Presentation to give you a taste of what the Mindfulness Group is all about. Everyone is welcome!
Below are the details for the typical Mindfulness Group:
Our campus mindfulness group will be meeting Wednesday morning at 11:00 (CT). The group will meet in the Wellness Center or via Zoom ID: 958 1109 4084.
These sessions provide an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to explore, practice, and discuss mindfulness techniques. Each session will explore a different mindfulness practice, followed by informal discussions during which participants can share their perspectives and experiences. The goal is to provide a consistent time and space on campus where we can build community, foster connections, and cultivate resilience.

Students are invited to schedule a free 10-minute private session with Don DeBoer, one of the counselors at Mitchell Hamline, with the option to schedule follow-up counseling sessions. To schedule, please email Counseling@mitchellhamline.edu. Students only!
