Lisa A. Gray is vice chairman and senior legal counsel of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company. Cerberus is a private investment firm based in New York City with affiliate and advisory offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Gray serves as a strategic advisor to Cerberus and internal legal advisor on a broad array of matters involving the evaluation, acquisition, governance, and monetization of companies within the Cerberus portfolio. Lisa currently serves on the board of directors of Cerberus, Albertsons Companies, Steward Healthcare System, and Keane Group.
Previously she served as general counsel and managing director of Cerberus. Prior to joining Cerberus, Lisa was the chief operating executive and general counsel of WAM!NET, Inc. Before WAM!NET, Lisa was a partner at the law firm of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren. She is a member of the Minnesota and New York state bars.
