Student Representative, President and Dean Search Committee
Gabriel Ramirez-Hernandez is a 2L, enrolled full time, serving as the student representative to the President and Dean Search Committee in 2019. Before serving as Student Bar Association vice president, he was a 1L section representative. Gabe will be returning to Maslon this summer to further his interests in intellectual property litigation and more broadly, civil litigation. Gabe aspires to have some part of his practice, likely through pro-bono efforts, in humanitarian immigration law. Through the J-term Immigration Clinic, Gabe and fellow classmates assisted families in detention at the southern border. He is currently working at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota and has an externship with a Hennepin County judge.
Gabe works with 1L students and faculty as a teaching assistant for Federal Civil Procedure and Contracts and is a member these student organizations:
