Communications Director, Public Health Law Center
Jay Kelly is responsible for creating and implementing the national marketing communications strategy for the Public Health Law Center. He is tasked with strengthening the Public Health Law Center brand, and increasing awareness of the Center as an accessible partner for local, state, national, and international health organizations.
Jay began his career in the advertising world, and transitioned into marketing and communications management roles at large Minnesota nonprofits, including Fraser and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. He has extensive experience in online marketing and communications, web site creation and optimization, email marketing, social media, branding, and media relations.
