Jean F. Holloway currently serves as the senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary for CryoLife. She previously served as vice president, general counsel, and secretary beginning in April 2015 and was subsequently appointed to the additional position of chief compliance officer in October 2015. Prior to joining CryoLife, she held various positions, including dean of Hamline University School of Law, vice president, general counsel, and secretary of C.R. Bard, deputy general counsel, Medtronic, vice president, litigation, Boston Scientific, and deputy general counsel, Guidant. Ms. Holloway also spent nearly 15 years in private practice as a trial lawyer at Dorsey & Whitney, Faegre & Benson, and Sidley & Austin. She clerked for two years on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Luther M. Swygert.
