Jeffry A. Collins, esq. is the founding attorney at Collins Law. He is also an author, Nevada bar tutor, and director of operations at Vegas Legal Magazine. His practice areas include securities/cryptocurrency, trusts and estates, business law, taxation, and criminal law.
Jeffry holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a master of library and information sciences from Louisiana State University (summa cum laude, omega nu lambda National Honor Society), and a juris doctor from Mitchell Hamline where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Society of Scholars and completed the Business Law Certificate. He is currently pursuing a master’s in wealth management from Texas A&M University. His publications include “SEC v. Ripple Labs, Inc.: Reshaping the Crypto Landscape” in Vegas Legal Magazine and “Empowering Legal Minds” in Nevada Lawyer. Jeffry finds fulfillment in spending time with his family, including his wife and five daughters.
