Mark Hallberg has 40 years of experience handling plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death actions in the areas of medical malpractice, automobile negligence and aviation litigation. He has tried over 75 jury trials to verdict and has negotiated several multi-million-dollar settlements. His results on behalf of his clients are regularly listed in the “Top 10 Personal Injury Settlements” as identified by Minnesota Law & Politics. He has served as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline, where he has taught the Medical Malpractice Seminar for 21 years. He is certified as a civil trial specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has served in leadership positions at Interfaith Action of St. Paul, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in St. Paul, White Bear Yacht Club, and American Board of Trial Advocates.
