Mark Gardner, MBA, JD, president, Gardner Law is a drug and device lawyer. He’s an adjunct professor of drug and device law and a Health Law Institute advisory board member at Mitchell Hamline. Mark is a member of the ABA, FDLI and MSBA.
Former roles: product manager, chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Food, Drug, and Device Law Section, and chair of Medical Alley Regulatory Special Interest Group. His practice focuses on FDA approval pathways; healthcare compliance assessments, design and implementation of compliance programs, investigations, and training; advertising and promotion review; business interactions with healthcare professionals; responding to and negotiating with regulators and prosecutors; sunshine reporting; quality and regulatory assessments; clinical research; and privacy matters.
