Nicole James Gilchrist is senior counsel at Thrivent. Her practice is primarily focused on advising Thrivent’s dually-registered broker dealer and investment adviser firm on matters related to development and offering of investment products and services, including financial planning services, managed accounts programs and brokerage services. Nicole has over 14 years in the financial services industry. She is actively engaged in industry organizations including the Financial Services Institute and the American Council of Life Insurers. She also is an active volunteer in the community, including a member of the Minnesota Corporate Pro Bono Council and providing pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Minnesota.
