Paula Duthoy is in private practice as a sole practitioner focusing on immigration law including family visa petitions, asylum, Special Juvenile Immigrants, Violence Against Women Act, deportation/removal proceedings and appeals, and citizenship.
Before going into private practice, she was the supervising attorney of the immigration law unit at Centro Legal, a bilingual nonprofit law office that serves the legal needs of the low-income Latino community of Minnesota.
Duthoy regularly speaks to community groups, professional associations, social service staff, battered women’s advocates, children’s advocates, and criminal defense attorneys on immigration issues that affect their clients.
