The Mitchell Hamline Center for Law and Business will hold its 5th annual Hot Topics in Business Law CLE on Friday, Oct. 28, from 8 am to 1 pm at Hamline University’s Anderson Center. The event will be co-sponsored by the Banking Law Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
The program will focus on new regulations and trends in the banking and financial services industry.
Panelists will address new developments in board governance, the Bank Secrecy Act, and Anti Money Laundering rules, including beneficial ownership issues arising from the customer due diligence requirements for financial institutions.
