The Minnesota Department of Human Services is considering the development of a new child-protection program based on a model from Mitchell Hamline. The so-called Child Protection Problem Resolving Court would be similar to a parent-mentoring program developed by the school’s Child Protection Program.

Hamline University School of Law and William Mitchell College of Law received word on Tuesday, Dec. 8, that the American Bar Association has granted acquiescence to combine the two law schools to create Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an independent law school that will be the largest in the region.
