Bring the following items so your visit can be productive. Make sure you bring everything you’ve received from the court.
The items in bold are essential; all items will make the process faster, easier, and more accurate.
You can obtain your complete criminal history record through the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
- List of assets
- Financial information for you and your spouse (if applicable)
- Pay stubs
- Information regarding any public assistance you receive
- Bring everything! (when in doubt, bring it)
