Pure Barre offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements that lift and tone muscles to improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body. In addition, the concentration involved while taking Pure Barre allows you to block “life” out during class, creating the mental benefits similarly obtained by the practice of yoga or meditation. More information will be sent to attendees prior to class, but in the meantime, you can learn more about Pure Barre and the technique used. Email Jessica.Bergman@mitchellhamline.edu with any questions and to sign up!
See you at the barre!
