Hooray, we are approaching the end of the semester! Many of us feel worn out, defeated, exhausted and perhaps ready to throw in the towel. It is important to schedule some time for self-care this weekend and your activity for this weekend is to do just that! Self-care does not necessarily have to mean having a spa night, although I do love a good spa night. Self-care is taking an active role in protecting your own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress. Some ideas for self-care include doing something creative, spending time outdoors, cooking a healthy meal, reading a book, and creating your very own a spa night! Make sure to take your proof picture to give us all some self-care ideas!
