Please join MCEA for a live webinar discussion of Minnesota Attorney General Ellison’s lawsuit alleging that big oil has violated Minnesota’s consumer protection laws through decades of denial and deception on climate science. MCEA’s Chief Legal Officer Kevin Reuther will be joined by Special Minnesota Assistant Attorney General Leigh Currie, MCEA Senior Staff Attorney Joy Anderson, and former Assistant Minnesota Attorney General and author Barbara Freese, whose new book Industrial Strength Denial was published in May 2020, for a discussion of the facts and claims alleged, how these suits have fared in other venues, and how the alleged conduct fits a pattern of deception in other industries.
