The New Lawyers Leadership Conference is for up-and-coming legal professionals looking to advance their careers with purpose and vision by learning to lead now. This year’s conference brings together fresh perspectives on the practice of law, leadership, racial justice, and the COVID world with the goal to inspire and empower law students, attorneys, and legal professionals in the early years of practice.

After the presentation of our 2019-20 Outstanding New Lawyer of the Year Award, we will hold a virtual speed networking event featuring leaders from the MSBA. Participants will rotate through various breakout rooms to hear from leading attorneys in different practice areas and different practice settings (legal organizations, solo or small firm, big law, etc.).
