Rebecca Alsum is a student and practice group leader of Spring Forest Qigong. During her Zoom Qigong classes on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:15 pm (CT), you will receive a refreshing moment to recenter and balance. She leads us through five movements that are each tied to an emotion (happiness, joy, contentment, peace, and gratitude). During the class, participants are muted and can choose to have their video on or off.
