Afro Latin Dance Workout to Raise Your Spirits

Join Dr. Don DeBoer, a psychologist, and Latin Dance instructor, for a one hour of movement and music to alleviate stress and improve your mood. Emphasis is on footwork, and appreciation of Latin dance genres like cha cha, salsa, bachata, and samba. Basic moves and accessible to non-dancers and dancers alike. Solo moves for now, but if you want to mirror someone next to you then go right ahead! Dance is good medicine!
