National Health Law Moot Court Competition
Please submit inquiries by May 30, 2022
DESCRIPTION:
This is a three-decades-old national appellate moot court competition with 32 teams from law schools across the country. There are two issues on appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. These are typically health law issues intertwined with Constitutional or federal statutory issues. Typically, each student researches and writes one issue in the brief and then orally argues that same issue. Mitchell Hamline teams have repeatedly won cash awards over the past several years.
