The ADR Section of the Minnesota Bar Association and the Mitchell Hamline Alternative Dispute Resolution Society invite you to learn more about the transformative approach to conflict and mediation from leading transformational mediation expert, Robert Bush. At this program, students will be introduced to the dimensions of the transformative approach to conflict and mediation, including, 1) the interactional view of conflict, 2) taking self-determination seriously, and 3) connecting practice to premises.
Robert “Baruch” Bush is a leading transformational mediation expert, professor, and co-author of “The Promise of Mediation” and other publications. If you are a student interested in alternative dispute resolution, consider attending this session.
