Twin Cities Diversity in Practice is a legal nonprofit in the Twin Cities focused on building a more inclusive legal community for attorneys of color. TCDIP’s goal is to make sure that the Twin Cities legal community reflects our nation’s true diversity. With more than 70 Member Organizations, TCDIP connects law firms and corporate legal departments with resources and best practices to create more inclusive workspaces for attorneys of color. Attending TCDIP’s events is a great way to meet attorneys and legal professionals from across the Twin Cities.
- September 24: Apple Orchard Outing with TCDIP Emerging Leaders Group! Join early career attorneys at TCDIP Member Organizations for a trip to the apple orchard. Admission and treats will be covered by TCDIP, and carpooling is an option. - September 16 – 25: Women of Color in the Law Socials: Join TCDIP and MWL for our annual Women of Color in the Law Fall Socials, a week of casual gatherings focused on building community. Between September 16th and 25th, volunteers will host small groups of 10-12 individuals in backyards, restaurants, and parks for camaraderie and conversation. At each conversation, we are pleased to center the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color. All women, non-binary and transgender people, and allies are welcome to join us, including law students! There are a few spots still available – register today!
