Seeking Help for Character and Fitness concerns – On Tuesday, October 25 at noonCT, representatives from Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers and the Minnesota Bar Examiners will present a Hy-flex session on the importance of addressing concerns about the Character and Fitness requirements for the practice of law. Whether you are planning to take the bar exam in Minnesota or not, we encourage everyone to attend and learn more about why it is important to address any concerns early and with the many resources available to you.
Despite our emphasis on seeking help and support, some students are still concerned that acknowledging any issues could lead to trouble with bar licensure. We want to end the stigma around seeking help.
